The restaurant,led by Chefs and Owners Thomas and Mathias Shring, opened at thebeginning of 2016, offering a contemporary German cuisine.Shring serves the best of modern German fare, inspired by the TwinChefs' family recipes and fond childhood memories while using only the finest and freshest ingredients. The Michelin Guide quickly recognized the restaurant in 2017, when it received its first Michelin?Star,?followed by the second Michelin Star a year later.?As of 2019, Restaurant S?hring is also a Relais & Chateaux and Les Grandes Tables Du Monde member.
