- To prepare food consistently to the level required by the Chef de Cuisine. สามารถเตรียมอาหารตามความต้องการของหัวหน้าเชฟอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- To complete the daily mise en place for the section to the level required within given time.สามารถเตรียมของประจำวันตามเวลาที่กำหนดได้
- To be able to offer guest assistance if required.สามารถดูแลและช่วยเหลือแขกเบื้องต้นได้ ถ้ามีการร้องขอ
- To provide a basic level of product and food knowledge to be able to explain to the guest in case it is required. สามารถอธิบายเกี่ยวกัยผลิตภัณฑ์และอาหารในระดับทั่วไปถ้าแขกต้องการทราบได้
