- To ensure that all situations in the shift are handled timely and properly and reach the
guest satisfaction while maintain the procedures.
- To maintain an accurate record in the logbook of items and incidents which may be of
concern to the management and/or which may requires further attentions.
- To ensure the overall co-ordination of the Front Office Operations and to assist all
sections of the Front Office department.
- To ensure the proper follow up of the room requests & co-ordination with housekeeping
regarding the priorities in room cleaning.
- To ensure the full motivation of the team & create a nice atmosphere of work.
- To motivate all Front Office connectors regarding the selling, up-selling and loyalty
programs.
- To be the department trainer and assist Front Office Manager to develop all Front Office
connectors for job knowledge, skills and behaviors.
- To ensure the overall co-ordination as per emergency procedure established.
