- 2 years of relevant experience in luxury hotel/resort
- Visible traits of creativity
- Good command of written & spoken English (knowledge of Chinese advantageous)
- Good relations with local and international media
- Good knowledge of social and new media
- Achieve the brand positioning objective of Montara and its properties through public relations and promotional activities
- Develop & maintain communications project plans so that initiatives are consistent and run to schedule
- Develop marketing communications content and ensure that messaging is consistent, relevant and effective
- Coordinate advertising, promotional programs and other related marketing activities in events and projects to ensure flawless execution
- Follow through in public relations activities and be responsible for the production of promotional materials, press kits and arrange press and media coverage
- To handle and coordinate media inquires in a timely manner
- Liaise with in-house production team DDEN to create digital content to support marketing communications needs
