- Recheck the material and write purchase requisition order to Engineering Manager. - Check and communicate material from received before keep at Engineer store? - Communicate with Engineer Manager and Supervisor to solving any spare part material for maintenance and order. - Check and clean engineer work shop and engineer store with all supervisors and engineer team every month. - Coordinate with order to check and control the store stocks, issued materials. - Analysis and comparison the MIS report and Energy consumption used. - Control the log book of key engineer store and equipment office. - Recheck and control maintenance telephone order and maintenance order. - Solve saving energy program and engineer tool with Supervisor and Engineer Assistance every month. - Tools inventory every two months. - To sum up the report of tool, equipment used ; energy consumption ; dairy maintenance order ; engineer work report to Engineer Manager. - Always modeling and remind the staff about Grooming, Hygiene, Hospitality and safety at work
