- Oversee and manage all engineering operations and systems within the hotel.
- Plan preventive maintenance programs and monitor daily repair and maintenance tasks.
- Supervise the engineering team and coordinate with contractors and external service providers.
- Control the usage of equipment, spare parts, and engineering-related expenses.
- Ensure safety standards and the overall condition of the hotel are properly maintained.
- Support smooth operations across all hotel departments.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or maintenance operations within hotels or resorts.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and lead the engineering team effectively.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and work well under pressure.
- Responsible, service-minded, and detail-oriented.
- Good command of English communication skills.
