? At least a five-year experience in managing Thai and International multiple outlet environment from a well-establish and reputable business.
? Should have a solid knowledge of principle and practices in aspects of business administration, operations and services management, and project management.
? Effective communication skills in a Thai and International environment.
? Chef background would be an advantage.
? Strong command of English both spoken and written (TOEIC score 700 above is preferred).
? Strong service orientation.
? Strong leadership qualities.
? Candidates of Thai nationally are preferred.
For over a century, the Royal Bangkok Sports Club (RBSC) has been distinguished as the most prestigious international sports club in the Kingdom. Established in accordance with the wishes of HM King Chulalongkorn the Great on September 6, 1901 (B.E. 2444), RBSC continues to provide world-class sports and recreational facilities, other services and F&B Services to members of RBSC and RBSC Polo Club and their families.
The Club is currently seeking the high caliber of the Food and Beverage Manager who will be responsible for all food and beverage operations and services in the Club with multiple kitchen locations and outlets, with a staff of 150 with a remit to improve the standards as prescribed by the Club and achieving high levels of members? satisfaction.
The Food and Beverage Manager?s duties include the food and beverage sales and revenue forecast and budgeting, creation of food items, menu planning and pricing, driving and improving quality control and cost reduction, driving continuous operating effectiveness improvement, overseeing high level of cleanliness, health and safety, developing knowledge and skills of kitchen and service staff, and dealing with members? complaints. In addition, he/she also is responsible for providing recommendations for review and/or reform of procedures and establishment of new policies to ensure the smooth operations and services and the continuous improvement and to cope with long-term strategic changes of the Food and Beverage Division.
