-Bachelors or Master Degree in Hospitality or Business administration
-At least 5-10 years in Hotel operational experience
-Excellent communications skills in both verbal and written English and Thai
-Have an advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within all hotel disciplines including experiential knowledge for management of people and complex problems
-Highly proficient skills in Computer and MS-Office
-Ability to manage multi-tasks assignments and prioritize assignments
-Able to function in dependently
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Positive,self-motivated and well organized
