1.Oversee HRM & HRD 2. Leading and implementing HR policy, plan according to company's objective. 3. Improving HR performance, maximizing HR procedures, process and providing effective HR management. 4. Responsible for manpower planning & controlling, develop job descriptions according to organization needs. 5. Responsible for Employee Relations among employees, across the functions & increase employee engagement with HR Strategies, targeted participants and manage budget, compensation and benefit, training. 6. Improving recruitment and selection strategies meet with company's requirements. 7. Motivated to lead the organization and contribute to company's expansion. 8. Make and control a budget. 9. Provide on the job training, guidance, and coaching for improved performance. 10.Supervise subordinates to run HR tasks efficiently for enhanced HR activities.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Male/Female with Thai nationality; 2. Bachelor's Degree or higher 3. At least 5 years' experience in Supervisor or Manager position. 4. Strong communication, interpersonal and people management skills. 5. Good command of both written and spoken English. 6. Service mind and pro-active with pleasant personality. 7. Good presentation and problem solving skills. 8. Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet)
