- Ensure & control product quality from production to presentation - Monitors stock, ordering, food cost - Work closely with the FB teams, and understand the flexibility in 5* hotel - Implements HACCP based SOP to ensure clean working place, hygienic work procedures and high safety standards. - Implements work practices that minimize spoilage and wastage. - Ensures restaurants, - Assists in the operation when necessary. - Have a knowledge about modern and trendy bakery
