? Must have a strong business aptitude and passion for the golf business.
? Minimum 10 years? experience in golf industry.
? Minimum 3 years? experience in golf club management. Experience in working members club is a plus.
? Demonstrated ability to run a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented Operation.
? Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented.
? Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
? Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
? Must have supervisory, coaching and staff development experience.
? Experience of working in Asia is a plus.
? Knowledge of Thai is a plus.
? Organize all activities of the golf section including all club tournaments, Intraports, Interports, friendly matches. Also, to be responsible for all arrangements for club teams participating in outside tournaments.
? Oversee and manage all aspects of the Driving range to provide for increased member satisfaction while at the same time controlling expenses in order to maximize revenue. To develop a plan for improvements to the Driving range
? Work closely with House & Grounds and Golf Course Superintendent to ensure that Golf Course is well maintained. To develop a short-, medium- and long-term plan for improvements to the Golf course.
? To manage the caddies and to develop a training program to improve caddy?s performance.
? To manage all Junior events and to develop a strong Junior program in the short term. Develop a long-term strategy for Junior golf development.
? To prepare Golf Section Budget and to assist Golf Course Superintendent in preparing budget requests for the golf course.
? To supervise and train Golf Starters in order to improve members? experience.
