1. Bachelor?s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
2. 8 - 10 years experiences in maintenance management for office building or hospitality industry or retail property industry.
3. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
4. Strong negotiation and presentation skills and able to pro-actively identify issues/ obstacles and effective solutions
5. Able to work under pressure.
6. Computer Literacy; Microsoft office, Auto Cad and SketchUp program
7. Good command in English both written and spoken
- Manage day to day operation both of Preventive and Corrective Management for Electrical, A/C Mechanical, Sanitary, VOIP telephone, digital control, and sound systems throughout the Club.
- Manage Civil and M&E improvement project by drafting requirement, layout/ Diagram, TOR and estimated budget propose to Management.
- Oversee all aspects of energy consumption and conservation.
- Conduct feasibility studies, contract administration, preparation of scope of work and technical specifications, budgeting, scheduling, cost controlling, and tendering process.
- Review work submitted by outside agencies/contractors to ensure accuracy and proper design layout
- Ensure that the Club fully complies with all government regulations.
