1. Maintaining agenda and assisting in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
2. Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate
3. Handling and prioritizing all outgoing or incoming correspondence
4. Working closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and following up appropriately
5. Professionally greeting and receiving guests and clients
6. Making proper travel arrangements
7. Handling confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
8. Conducting research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
9. Ensuring efficient and effective communication of CEO and internal
10. Performing other related duties as assigned

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT.
Previous working experience as a Personal Assistant for 3 years
In-depth knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent command of spoken and written English is a must
Communicate in Chinese language would be advantage
Day off for 6 days per month
