Responsible in Front office and ensure that everything is running smooth.
Ensure that Guests will have a excellent experiences from staying.
Day to day problems solving all across the hotel.
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Technician department about cleanliness and maintenance both short and long term .
Coordinate with other both inside and outside to ensure that hotel is running perfect
