? Achieve revenue goals by soliciting new business and maintaining existing business relationships.
? Establish sales goals and conjunction with the budget with the Director of Sales.
? Set up and maintain filing, trace and communication systems and follow up procedures in line with established guidelines.
? Design and propose programs to meet client?s needs.
? Negotiate with clients to achieve maximum profit while satisfying guest needs.
? Maximize guest satisfaction by properly detailing each function sold.
? Works with food and beverage staff to develop programs, menus and events to increase profit and satisfaction.
? Develops revenue and sales forecasts.
? At least 5 years of experience in this field.
? Bachelor's Degree from Business Administration or related fields.
? Good commands of both spoken and written English.
? Well organized, initiative, hardworking and well handling with various groups of people.
? Computer literacy and good interpersonal skills.
? Service Minded
? Computer literacy in MS-Office
