Cluster E-Distribution Manager

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.
3 years of experience in digital strategy execution, e-distribution, and eCommerce within the hospitality industry or a related field.
Digital Strategy Expertise: In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital marketing trends, e-distribution channels, and eCommerce strategies in the hospitality sector.
Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, eCommerce, and Digital Services.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data, performance metrics, and market trends to make informed decisions and troubleshoot performance issues.
Marketing and Branding Knowledge
Online Marketing Execution: Hands-on experience in coordinating and executing online marketing efforts through agencies/vendors and digital services teams.
OTA and Meta Search Expertise: Strong understanding of OTAs and Meta Search channels, including content audits, merchandising plans, and marketing tactics.

- Manage key Internet channels by reviewing competitive rates and availablity on brand website, OTAs and GDS to maximise property RevPAR index.
- Control day-to-day rates and availablity through the use of channel management systems, OTA extranets, bedbanks and Siteminder (Channel Manager). Ensure all rates and offers are loaded correctly.
- Monitor rates offered in all channels to ensure that the best rate guarantee on brand website is valid and parity throughout all channels is maintained. Use the rate shopping tool to monitor all Internet rates.
- Regularly review competitor rates, promotions and allocations offered on brand websites and OTAs and share this information with the hotels key revenue team.
- Provide market intelligence and recommendations to revenue team during revenue strategy meetings in order to improve online selling strategy.
- Conduct regular audits of hotel information, photos and promotions on all Internet channels and bed banks to ensure that hotel content is up to date.
- Update all relevant departments on new strategies, offers, brand exclusives, promotions or packages in a timely manner.
- Review property on search engines, meta-search engines, TripAdvisor, Google Maps and social media to ensure correct representation including those of ads on bi-weekly basis.
- Assist with the preparation of the weekly revenue meeting by updating the reports and sharing insights from OTA extranets.
- Ensure month end procedures and data tracking sheets are updated correctly and maintained.
- Assist Director of Revenue with inventory management and updating of inventory stop sells.
- Assist reservations team to ensure inventory management is accurate
