Sales Manager - Mice

1. Minimum 3 years of Sales management experience or at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven records.
2. Bachelor- s Degree from a reputable hospitality school.
High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen.
3. Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in Thai and English language.

- Perform day to day sales activity including lead generation, face to face meetings, contracting and rate negotiation, site inspections, attendance at trade shows
- To efficiently and effectively manage and oversee the functionality of conference department to include enquiries, contracts, yield management, weekly functions sheets and updates distributed by the team
- Responsible for co-coordinating and managing a Sales & Marketing Plan covering all aspects of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events taking into account room hire, F&B and accommodation targets
- Conduct regional sales calls regularly focusing on National Conference & Corporate Groups
- Assist in the development and promotion of weddings and events to local and regional markets
- Assist in the development of printed promotional materials including brochures, fliers, special offers, posters, tent cards etc. as required within the Sales Plan
