MAIN SCOPE AND PURPOSE:
The Assistant Regional Operations Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, ensuring,
and following up on their Regional team?s regional strategy and supporting (by serving) their
General Managers to drive sustainable earnings across all properties by striving to achieve the
EBITDA and TQM targets while ensuring compliance with brand and health & safety standards,
company policies and consistent implementation of Standard Operating Procedures.
This role focuses heavily, and not only, on ground operations, people management, brand
reputation and FOH / BOH processes.
The Assistant Regional Operations Manager should be a servant leader to their team and embody
