JOB HIGHLIGHTS: - Basic of Purchasing part and support each property DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Sourcing - Find supplier match with each property requirment - Find supplier and compare supplier is match with each property - Finalise supplier to property update and feedback on time - Managing Data analysis for supplier Cost reduction - Find new supplier and comparition price with current supplier - Summary data for bidding price market list - Compare price supplier at least 3 supplier - Basic to negotiation for best price Pre-opening project - Sourcing and following goods delivery on time - Sourcing new items for owner brand and KGH brand standard - Comparision price & Negotitation price - Check delivery date and confrim delivery System&Operation management - Have knowlage purchasing systen and can support property - Review and action requiment from property and feedback on time - Check and register data base in system add items ,New supplier,update price ete. - Check PR ,Approve PR and send PO to supplier. Delivery/Stock movement - Check and following delivery on time - Check and following delivery with supplier - Review and support requiement from property - Following and move order to second supplier Communication - Communication support - Recieve basic remquirement from property and supplier - Record requirement - Provide feedback for basic issue and requirement

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Strong passion/motivation to work in new hotel business to create the largest hotel chain in South and Southeast Asia. - Thai National Only, Male/Female Age: 22-30*Negotiable. - At least 1 year experience. - Positive attitude, fast learner. - Excellent both verbal and written communication in Thai and English and inter-personal skill. - Being able to work on flexible hours as necessary. - Skilled in use of Excel Spreadsheets and MS Word is a plus, but not mandatory. - Experience and knowledge in purchasing/supply chain management is a plus, but not mandatory. - Experience and knowledge in hotel, caf? or/and restaurant is a plus, but not mandatory.
