- Male, age between 35-40 years old.
- Proven experience as a Steward Supervisor or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations in the food service industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

To assist Executive Chef in maintenance and take caring of all F&B operating equipment.

Responsibilities

- Assigns daily employee workloads.
- Picks up and delivers all items needed for any banquet function, buffet or other.
- Oversee overnight cleanliness of all Kitchens.
- Sets up and breakdown all buffet counters at assigned time.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of China, glassware, flatware, and hollowware.
- Maintains and updates employee files and monitors attendance of employees.
- Logs operational incidents and concerns in the appropriate logbook.
- Reports all equipment malfunctions to the - - - - Engineering Department and Executive Chef.
- Ensures proper maintenance of all dishwashing machines and Kitchen equipment.
- Follows sanitary procedures that have been established by the management.
- Alerts on energy and chemicals saving.
- Establishes and maintains effective employee relations in his section.
- Trains employees for all tasks that need to be accomplished according to the standard operating manual.
- Coordinates functions and activities with other F/B Departments.
- Maintains interdepartmental working relationships.
