This includes establishing guidelines for assessing creditworthiness, setting credit limits, and managing credit terms. ? Conducting credit analysis on new and existing customers to assess their creditworthiness and ability to repay debts. ? Identifying and assessing credit risks associated with customers and credit exposures. Implementing strategies to mitigate risks, such as requiring collateral, setting reserves, and monitoring credit limits. ? Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to facilitate credit transactions. ? Reviewing and approving credit applications and requests within established authority limits. ? Monitoring customer accounts for payment delinquencies and taking appropriate actions to collect overdue balances. ? Generating credit reports and analysis to track key credit metrics, trends, and performance indicators. ? Managing the overall credit portfolio to achieve targeted objectives for credit quality, profitability, and liquidity. ? Collaborating with sales, finance, legal, and other departments to ensure alignment of credit policies and procedures with overall business objectives.

Knowledge of credit risk management principles and techniques is important for identifying, assessing, and mitigating credit risks. ? Proficiency in financial analysis techniques, including ratio analysis, cash flow analysis, and trend analysis. ? Experience in developing and implementing credit policies and procedures. ? Strong interpersonal skills are important for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers. ?
