Accounting Supervisor

Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Certification in procurement or supply chain is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
- Provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
- Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables
- Ensure the accuracy of an organization- s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes
- Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment
- Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
