Store Attendant

- Bachelor's degree in business admin, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

- At least 1-2 years- experience in warehouse/store management, goods delivery, or similar roles.

- Healthcare, Hospitality or Food and Beverage experiences are preferred.

- Be able to use basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office and willing to learn other software programs which relate to the function.

- Ability to lift and move heavy products.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Attention to details and accuracy.

- Coordinate with the receiving coordinator to identify the right quantity and location of goods received and deliver them to the users- locations.

- Prepare the delivery documents for the users to sign off when they receive the goods.

- Perform the regular cycle count of the goods at the users- locations. Identify and document the reason for the difference between physical amount and the amount on the system. And get the user to accept and sign on the count sheet.

- Coordinate with the accounting team about the result of the cycle count. Be a member of the year-end stocktaking team.

- Assist as part of the procurement team to cover staff absence, ad-hoc work, and periods of high workloads to cover important duties.
