Hospitality Coordinator

- Good level of spoken and written the English language
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge in F&B and Kitchen department.
- Good at multitasking and eager to learn
- Administrative task
- Purchase plus skill (if any)
- Able to work on Sat and Sun
- 6 days off per months.

- Maintains the standards of performance as detailed in the Departmental Operations Manual to ensure the efficient operation of the department in accordance with policy.
- Implement and update systematic filing system for all food & beverage and kitchen records.
- Maintain ambassador details on file, including contact details, vacation plan, PH balances.
Maintain all details related to joining date of new team members
- Co-ordinates with colleagues whenever necessary regarding operational problems.
- Review status of work and follow-up actions required with the Manager of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef on a daily basis.
