รายละเอียดงาน

Provide an exceptional interpersonal skills to enhance the service standards throughout the hotel operation - Handle guest correspondence and other reports as assigned - Maintain in administration and ensure of the cleanliness and tidiness of Front Office and Lobby areas - Maintain all information & files in good order to enable you to provide information as requested - Handle with guest requires and solving guest feedback and complaint - Be responsible for the timely handover, briefing between outgoing/in coming shift/sections - Ensure that you have full knowledge of hotel products and facility, promotions, packages, attractive tourist places and standard of procedures

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

"Minimum 1 or 2 years experience in the same or similar positions Open and service minded , communication, relationship skills, and well organization - Fluent in Thai and English with other languages an advantage - Energetic, flexible and willing to grow in the hotel industry"
