- Front Desk Operations: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage room assignments, process payments, and maintain accurate records. - Guest Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving basic complaints, and offering recommendations for local attractions and services. - Reservation Handling: Manage room bookings, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel?s reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. - Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms are ready and guest requests are fulfilled promptly. - Cash and Report Handling: Perform daily cash handling, billing, and end-of-shift reports according to hotel procedures.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related. - 2 Years of prior experience in GSA, front office or customer service - Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel PMS systems (a plus) - English proficiency (both written and verbal) is required. - Friendly, reliable, and guest-focused attitude - Able to work in shifts and flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays - Work location: GO!
