- Supervise reception staff and also perform receptionist duties
- Resolve customer service issues by identifying complaints, analyzing causes, providing solutions, and ensuring follow-up
- Collect and analyze customer information to recommend improvements to management
- Prepare service reports and follow company communication guidelines
- Support team efforts and accomplish related tasks as needed
- Manage office supplies, business cards, and messenger services
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and manage visitor badges
- Oversee housekeeping, mailroom, and messenger operations, including periodic planning
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor
