Qualifications
1.Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
2?4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in mixed industries (Real Estate, Hospitality, or F&B).
2.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
3.Strong copywriting and content editing skills (English & Thai).
4.Knowledge of social media trends, content analytics, and influencer marketing.
5.Creative mindset, good communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Planning & Coordination
Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across all business units.
Ensure brand alignment and consistency across marketing materials and communication channels.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing projects on time.
2. Graphic Design & Visual Communication
Design and produce marketing materials including social media artwork, campaign visuals, posters, packaging, and digital ads.
Maintain brand identity and ensure all visuals are aligned with brand guidelines
Work closely with printers, agencies, and suppliers to ensure production quality.
3. Content Creation & Copywriting
Develop and edit marketing content for digital and offline platforms (social media, websites, press releases, advertisements).
Create compelling storytelling and copy tailored to target audiences for each business unit.
Collaborate with the design and social media teams to produce engaging campaigns.
4. Social Media Management
Plan and manage social media content calendars for all brands.
Execute posting schedules, monitor engagement, and respond to customer interactions.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize content to improve reach and engagement.
5. KOL / Influencer Management
Identify, contact, and coordinate with suitable KOLs and influencers for brand campaigns.
Negotiate collaboration terms, manage content approval, and evaluate campaign results.
Build and maintain a database of influencers and partnership records for future campaigns.
