High school diploma or equivalent (optional for some hotels)
Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage
Basic communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good physical stamina
Detail-oriented and responsible

Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
Change bed linens, replace amenities, and restock supplies
Clean bathrooms, vacuum floors, and dust all surfaces
Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness and report any maintenance issues
Assist guests with requests politely and professionally
