Restaurant Captain - ibis

? Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in a food and beverage leader team member.
? Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage

Assist to supervisor, Support server & bartender team member, Serves guests, Collect food & beverage equipment from guest floor, Prepares the dining room, meeting room, bar, satay garden and take away counter, Provides waiter service and clears away, in the point of sale, in line with the F&B concept (restaurant, meeting room, breakfast, bar, take away counter or patio). Provides a high standard of service both in terms of welcome and waiter service.
