1. Bachelor or Masters degree or full professional qualification
2. Good English and local language skills
3. Good organizational skills
4. Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals
5. Sound working knowledge of Engineering practices
6. Ability to work under pressure

To assist the Chief Engineer in providing a safe, secure and comfortable environment by maintaining the hotel?s assets through ongoing preventative maintenance as well as day to day maintenance activities, and ensuring that all mechanical and plant systems are operating efficiently
