Club Service Supervisor

- Experience in hotel or club lounge service is preferred.
- Possesses a pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for service.
- Strong communication skills (proficiency in English is a plus; other languages ??will be considered).
- Meticulous, thorough, and attentive to detail.

- Provide a warm welcome and attentive service to VIP/Club Lounge guests.
- Provide personalized assistance and service to hotel standards.
- Maintain order and cleanliness within the Club Lounge.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth service.
- Receive and resolve guest complaints professionally.
