- Welcome and attend to guests in the Club Lounge.
- Serve food, beverages, and provide amenities to guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and service standards of the Club Lounge.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth service.
- Receive and resolve guest complaints appropriately.
