Sous Chef - (Burger)

- Experienced Sous Chef or Senior Chef.
- Expert in Burgers or Western/Casual Dining.
- Strong leadership skills; able to manage and train a team.
- Knowledge of food costing and kitchen management.
- Able to work under pressure and in shifts.

- Oversee and control the preparation of burgers and related menu items.
- Control quality, taste, and presentation to meet standards.
- Manage and supervise the kitchen team in your assigned area.
- Plan ingredient preparation and control food costs.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.
- Substitute for the Head Chef when assigned.
