- Manage and update hotel content, rates, and availability across brand websites, OTAs, and meta-search platforms
- Optimize online visibility and conversion performance to drive direct and third-party bookings
- Coordinate with Revenue Management to ensure pricing accuracy and promotional alignment
- Monitor online sales performance, booking trends, and channel productivity
- Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance
- Support digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, display ads, and email campaigns
- Manage OTA promotions, flash sales, and tactical offers
- Ensure brand consistency and luxury positioning across all digital channels
- Monitor and respond to online guest feedback in coordination with relevant departments
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management

- Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong understanding of hotel e-commerce, digital marketing, and online distribution channels
- Knowledge of OTA platforms, hotel CRS, and CMS systems
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and booking engines
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail with analytical thinking
