Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the hotel?s sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. This role plays a key part in maximizing revenue, enhancing guest satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Administrative Support:

Assist the Sales Manager/Director in handling inquiries, preparing proposals, and following up on leads.

Maintain and update the sales database (CRM) with client information, bookings, and contracts.

Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Draft and manage correspondence such as emails, contracts, quotations, and event confirmations.

Coordinate with the Reservations and Front Office teams to ensure accurate room blocks and rates.

2. Client Relations & Communication:

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.

Assist in scheduling client site inspections, meetings, and hotel tours.

Follow up on contracts, deposits, and confirmations with clients to ensure smooth transactions.

Support the Sales team in developing relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.

3. Event & Group Coordination:

Work closely with the Banquet and Catering teams to ensure accurate event details and smooth execution.

Maintain clear communication with all departments involved in group bookings or events.

Assist in the preparation of event orders and function sheets for internal coordination.

4. Marketing & Promotional Activities:

Assist in creating promotional materials, brochures, and sales presentations.

Help manage hotel listings on online travel agencies (OTAs) and other distribution channels.

Support social media and digital marketing initiatives related to hotel promotions.

5. General Duties:

Keep up to date with market trends, competitor analysis, and sales strategies.

Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry networking events as required.

Ensure all sales documentation complies with hotel policies and brand standards.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years in a hotel sales, reservations, or administrative role preferred.

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with hotel sales software (Opera systems is a plus).

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
