Team Leadership and Pa?puri Philosophy
-Pa?puri Ambassador: Serve as a leading ambassador for the Pa?puri brand, embodying its commitment to purity, organic ingredients, and holistic Asian-inspired wellness in all interactions.
-Treatment Mastery: Collaboration with Trainning&Development team to ensure the therapist team is expertly trained in and strictly adheres to Pa?puri signature treatments and protocols, maintaining a deep understanding of the services.
-Onsen & Ritual Oversight: Supervise the operation and maintenance of the onsen facilities, ensuring the experience is aligned with traditional Asian wellness rituals and Pa?puri's standards for tranquility and hygiene.
-F&B Integration: Oversee the service of wellness-focused, organic F&B offerings, ensuring the menu and presentation complement the holistic journey and Pa?puri's emphasis on natural purity.
Business Growth and Brand Integrity
-Retail Advocacy: Drive revenue by championing the Pa?puri Certified Organic and natural retail product lines. Train staff to confidently articulate the unique ingredients, origins, and wellness benefits of each product to guests.
-Luxury Experience: Focus on delivering a consistently luxurious and highly personalized guest journey, monitoring and coaching staff on the subtle nuances of five-star service that define the Pa?puri brand.
-Authenticity Check: Regularly audit service delivery to ensure it reflects authentic Asian hospitality and traditional wellness practices integrated within the Pa?puri concept.
Standard Alignment and Quality Control
-Standard Adherence: Meticulous approach to upholding and enforcing strict hygiene, safety, and brand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), especially concerning product integrity and onsen/wet-area sanitation.
-Purity Standards: Strictly enforce standards for the cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of all areas, with an intense focus on the purity and quality of water in the onsen and the organic F&B ingredients.
-Product Protocol: Ensure precise use and storage of all Pa?puri products for treatments, minimizing waste and ensuring the integrity and efficacy of the organic formulations are maintained.
-Ambiance Management: Monitor and maintain the spa's signature sensory environment (lighting, music, and distinct Pa?puri aromatherapy scent profile, etc) to ensure a consistently restorative and luxurious atmosphere.
Guest Experience and Holistic Care
-Holistic Consultation: Ensure therapists and spa staff conduct thorough holistic consultations, tailoring the Pa?puri journey (treatments, product recommendations, and wellness advice) to the guest?s specific needs and well-being goals.
-Beyond the Treatment: Oversee the entire flow, from the welcome ritual to post-treatment tea service and farewell seamlessly, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces the Pa?puri commitment to inner peace and outer glow.

-Aged between 27?35 years old, reflecting the expected seniority and operational maturity required for the role.
-A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in a luxury spa, 5-star hotel, or a high-end wellness facility, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader capacity.
-Strong foundational knowledge of Wellness and Spa Therapy, holistic healing practices, and product ingredients (especially organic/natural concepts).
-Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through effective upselling, cross-selling, and promotion of high-value treatments, packages, and products.
-Proven expertise and deep knowledge of holistic wellness concepts, spa therapy techniques, and Asian traditional wellness practices (e.g., Thai massage, onsen rituals).
-Familiarity with high-end F&B service standards within a spa context, focusing on healthy, organic, or specialized wellness menus.
-A recognized Spa Manager Certificate or equivalent professional qualification is a distinct advantage.
-Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, particularly in responding to complex guest or employee concerns with urgency and professionalism.
-Possesses a pleasant, professional demeanor and positive attitude, serving as an impeccable image ambassador for the Pa?puri brand.
? Essential Skills: Highly developed leadership, teamwork, and communication skills are paramount.
-Fluent in English and Thai, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with international guests and local teams.
-Must have flexibility to work a demanding schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and public holidays, based on operational needs.
-Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office Suite) and specialized Spa operating/booking systems (e.g., Booker, or similar PMS/POS software).
