-Supervise daily front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Answer calls, emails, and assist with guest needs
- Represent the hotel's image with friendliness and professionalism
-Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, with a service-oriented approach
-Ensure accurate room status updates and coordination with housekeeping and other departments
-Monitor cash handling, billing, and basic reporting duties
-Assist in training new front office staff and maintaining service standards
-Act as the main point of contact during assigned shifts, especially when management is not on duty

-Minimum 2?3 years of experience in front office or hotel reception
-Previous supervisory experience is preferred
-Strong communication skills in English (guests are mainly international)
-Service-minded, calm under pressure, and good problem-solving skills
-Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel booking systems
-Flexible to work shifts, including evenings or weekends
