Food and Beverage Manager (ผู้จัดการแผนกอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม)

? Lead day-to-day F&B operations across Teeline, restaurants, bars, and events to deliver quality, speed, and consistent standards.
? Drive total F&B revenue by creating a strong food & beverage upselling culture at every Players touchpoint.
? Partner with Sales & Marketing to build F&B packages, social offers, promotions, and activations.
? Ensure menus, pricing, and product mix are optimized for guest appeal, fast service, and strong margins.
? Track performance metrics (SPV, attachment rates, conversion and P&L) and take action to improve results.
? Lead beverage programs with strong product knowledge and consistent execution in high-volume service.
- Work closely with kitchen leadership to maintain food quality, flow, and operational efficiency especially during peak and events.
- Own event F&B execution from planning and staffing to coordination and post-event. performance review.
- Set clear expectations, maintain operational discipline on the floor, and recognize/reward great performance.
- Build and develop Playmakers through coaching, feedback, and engagement action plans.
- Drive profitability through smart cost control (COGS, labor, waste, productivity) and food waste training.
- Solve problems fast by analyzing results and choosing the best solutions for the business.
- Keep communication strong through logs and meetings, ensuring teams stay aligned and informed.
- Deliver service with full compliance to health & safety, food safety, and Topgolf security standards.
