- Welcome and greet guests in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner. - Perform efficient and accurate check-in and check-out procedures. - Verify reservations, room assignments, and guest information. - Process room changes, extensions, and special requests. Maintain an organized and professional Front Desk at all times.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred. - Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office or Guest Services in a hotel environment - Good command of spoken and written English additional languages are an advantage. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems HMS. - Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
