- Welcome guests upon arrival and departure in a professional and courteous manner. - Assist guests with luggage during check-in, check-out, and room transfers. - Escort guests to their assigned rooms and explain room features, hotel facilities, and available services. - Deliver messages, packages, amenities, and guest requests promptly. - Provide information regarding hotel facilities, transportation, and local attractions. - Arrange taxis and assist with transportation requests when required.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Hospitality is an advantage. - Previous experience in a hotel Front Office or Bell Service is preferred. - Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage. - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. - Physically fit and able to lift and carry luggage safely. - Positive attitude, professional appearance, and service-minded personality. - Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
