Engineer Supervisor (วิศวกรควบคุมงาน)

?Direct supervising and scheduling of the engineering staff under your supervision
?All preventative maintenance programs
?All repairs and maintenance works orders
?Inventories and procurements of parts and supplies
?Accident prevention and safety
?Energy conversation
?Neatness and cleanliness of the engineering work shop and all areas under direct control of the department
?Proper orientation, training and development of the engineering crew
?Conduct briefings each day
?Supervise and participate in all preventative and general maintenance programs by:-
oMaintaining the room maintenance strategy
oMaintaining tracking data, check sheets and logs
oPlanning and scheduling preventative maintenance
oPlanning and scheduling corrective maintenance
oPlanning and scheduling project work
oRegular inspections
?Lead or otherwise facilitate the transfer of information regarding priorities, assignments and problem solving at the various briefing sessions each day.
? Fire Alarm/Life Safety System - To monitor systems as necessary, to be full informed of the system operation and to handle emergencies involving the system. To have a working knowledge of fire sprinkler and emergency power systems
? Energy Conversation - To be observes and analyzes energy and utilities usage in the hotel and on the grounds. To look for ways to conserve energy and report any ideas to the Engineering management.
? Emergencies - To be available for any emergencies and act in an engineering capacity to protect our Guests and Band Members, and preserve the building and its systems during the emergency. To act as quickly and responsibly to return the building to it's normal operating status. To inform engineering management of any such emergencies.
?Accident Prevention and safety - To be aware of all existing divisional job safety analysis and to strive to work in an accident-free manner and to create a safe work environment for others. To continuously look for conditions, which may endanger staff and guest of the hotel, ake immediate action to correct ant hazardous conditions found.
?Record-To read, log, track, and interpret readings from meters, gauges and other measuring units. To maintain a thorough log of each day's activity problems that occur to ensure this information is passed onto other shifts.
