รายละเอียดงาน

• Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing hotel operations and ensuring smooth service throughout the assigned shift. • Ensure exceptional guest experience and satisfaction, including VIP and returning guests. • Handle guest complaints, service recovery, and follow up guest requests to ensure timely resolution. • Lead and support the Front Office team, including daily briefing, coaching, and performance follow-up. • Ensure Front Office SOPs, LSOPs, service standards, and hotel policies are consistently followed. • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Concierge, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations. • Monitor hotel facilities, health & safety, and promptly address operational issues or incidents. • Develop and support MASON Creator Services and guest experience initiatives that create memorable stays. • Drive upselling and ancillary revenue opportunities, including walk-in, MASON Shop, Concierge, and hotel facilities. • Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, complaints, and incident records in Opera and relevant systems. • Ensure accurate and timely reports, documentation, and shift handovers. • Support FOM/AFOM in improving service standards, team performance, and overall guest satisfaction.

• 3–5 years’ experience in hotel operations • Previous Duty Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager experience preferred • Strong English communication skills • Excellent leadership, problem-solving & decision-making skills • Guest-focused, confident and professional • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
