1.Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to Capricci’s recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines. 2.Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations, including mise en place and assigned section preparation. 3.Maintain consistent food quality, portion control, freshness, and proper food storage. 4.Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards at all times. 5.Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service while supporting Commis Chefs when required.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

-Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in Italian, European, or premium casual dining restaurants. -Passionate about cooking, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. -Positive attitude, responsible, and a strong team player with good communication skills.
