Job Summary Responsible for maintaining the safety and security of hotel guests, employees, and property while providing bellman services, including welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, and supporting daily hotel operations to ensure a safe and pleasant guest experience. Key Responsibilities: 1.Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional, and courteous service. 2.Assist guests with carrying, storing, and retrieving luggage. 3.Escort guests to their rooms and explain room facilities and hotel services when required. 4.Monitor hotel entrances, exits, lobby areas, and other public areas to maintain safety and security. 5.Conduct regular security patrols and report suspicious activities or security incidents to the supervisor. 6.Monitor guest and visitor access in accordance with hotel security procedures. 8.Assist with guest transportation arrangements, including calling taxis when needed. 9.Deliver guest messages, parcels, and requested items to guest rooms. 10.Respond promptly to emergencies and assist with evacuation procedures when necessary. 11.Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations. 12.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, luggage storage area, and assigned work areas. 13.Report lost and found items, guest concerns, and security incidents in accordance with hotel procedures. 14.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1.High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. 2.Previous experience in hotel security, bellman services, or a related position is an advantage. 3.Basic English communication skills. 4.Good interpersonal, communication, and observation skills. 5.Friendly, honest, responsible, disciplined, and service-minded. 6.Physically fit and able to assist with luggage handling and security patrols. 7.Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
