Responsible for supervising daily engineering operations, ensuring that hotel facilities, equipment, and building systems are properly maintained and operating efficiently. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure guest comfort, safety, and compliance with hotel standards. Key Responsibilities: 1.Supervise daily maintenance activities and assign tasks to engineering staff. 2.Monitor and maintain hotel facilities, equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, and other building systems. 3.Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure all facilities are in good working condition. 4.Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and ensure maintenance tasks are completed on time. 5.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. 6.Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruption to hotel operations and guest services. 7.Monitor the performance of engineering staff and ensure work is completed according to safety standards and procedures. 8.Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and repair reports. 9.Monitor engineering tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies to ensure adequate stock levels. 10.Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, fire safety procedures, and hotel policies. 11.Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and inspections when required. 12.Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and reduce maintenance costs. 13.Report major maintenance issues, equipment failures, and repair requirements to the Chief Engineer or Engineering Manager. 14.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1.Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred. 2.Previous experience in hotel engineering or building maintenance is required. 3.Previous supervisory experience is an advantage. 4.Good knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, and general building maintenance. 5.Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and workplace safety standards. 6.Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 7.Responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure. 8.Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays. 9.Basic computer skills and the ability to prepare maintenance reports.
