1. Accuracy and timely completion of night audit reports. 2. Accuracy of room charges, revenue postings, and cashier reconciliation. 3. Guest satisfaction and effectiveness of complaint resolution. 4. Compliance with hotel SOPs and operational standards. 5. Accuracy and completeness of shift handover and incident reports. 5. Staff discipline, punctuality, and performance during the assigned shift. 5. Timely reporting and escalation of safety and security incidents. 6. The Night Supervisor is authorized to coordinate night-shift operations, assign duties to staff within the approved structure, resolve routine guest service issues, and coordinate emergency responses. Any financial adjustment, compensation, room-rate exception, or major operational decision must comply with hotel policy and the delegated authority approved by management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred. 2. Previous experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a supervisory role. 3. Knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and night audit procedures. 4. Good command of spoken and written English; Thai communication skills are required. 5. Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 6. Ability to work independently during the night shift and manage unexpected situations. 7. Knowledge of hotel safety, security, and emergency procedures. 8. Able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
