Position: Assistant Technical Services Manager (ATSM) Department: Technical Services / Maintenance Location: Club Med Resort, Thailand Reports to: Technical Services Manager (TSM) / Chief of Village Position Purpose The Assistant Technical Services Manager supports the Technical Services Manager in overseeing the daily operations, maintenance and technical performance of the resort. The role ensures that all resort facilities, equipment and infrastructure are maintained in good working condition, while complying with company standards, health and safety regulations, and local legal requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, or technical services, preferably in hotels or resorts. Previous supervisory or team management experience is an advantage. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical equipment, and building maintenance. Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills. Good command of English. Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced resort environment. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities Assist the Technical Services Manager in overseeing daily engineering and maintenance operations. Respond promptly to technical issues, breakdowns, and maintenance requests. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth resort operations. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other technical systems. Supervise and support the technical team in resolving operational issues. Ensure all facilities and equipment comply with safety standards and Club Med requirements. Coordinate with other departments to address technical concerns and minimize guest inconvenience. Monitor maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory. Support energy-saving initiatives and control maintenance costs.
