- Oversee smooth day-to-day restaurant operations from opening to closing. - Maintain service standards, guest experience, cleanliness, and ambience in line with the hotel concept. -Lead, schedule, train, and develop the Front of House team including servers, hosts, and bartenders. - Execute SOPs effectively and coordinate closely with the kitchen and related hotel teams. - Monitor performance, prepare reports and support cost and revenue control.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- 3-5 years of restaurant or F&B operations experience. - Minimum 2 years of experience in managerial role. - Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills. - Good command of English communication. - Experience in a boutique hotel or concept-driven restaurant is an advantage. - Genuine interest in Thai cuisine and a detail-oriented approach to hospitality.
