Role Purpose To manage reservations and guest reception operations, ensuring a seamless first impression and efficient table management aligned with luxury service standards. Key Responsibilities • Manage all reservation channels and guest database • Plan table allocation and seating strategy in coordination with management • Welcome guests and ensure professional, warm reception • Handle VIP guest recognition and special requests • Supervise, train, and schedule hostess team • Maintain accurate reservation and guest records • Assist and support the Assistant Restaurant Manager for admin tasks.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• Minimum 4 years of experience in guest reception or reservations • Good English communication • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Familiar with reservation systems • Warm, calm and professional demeanor • Strong attention to detail and organization • Able to manage pressure during peak periods • Genuine interest in Thai cuisine and detail-oriented hospitality
